Overview
The Township of May, MN has adopted the following codes:
- 1998 Minnesota Building Code, based on the 1997 UBC, including Appendix Chapters 3 (Division I), 12 (Division II), 15, 29, and 31, with amendments. Minn. R. § 1305.0011.

Per a telephone conversation with a PLRB staff member on December 12, 2019, Jack Kramer, Building Official, stated any inspections or enforcement are done with the current MN State Building Codes.
